Day 3: Professional Excellence
How do I show up and how do I choose to lead?
This is the day we translate insight into strategy. You'll refine your personal leadership brand and executive presence, build sustainable leadership rhythms that prevent burnout without sacrificing performance, and create a working 90-day ALIGNED Blueprint you can implement immediately. The afternoon's live Hot Seat Coaching puts real leadership challenges on the table, offering fresh perspectives and insights combined with direct, actionable coaching in real time that benefit everyone.
An optional morning hike or yoga are offered for those who want to start their day with nature and gentle movement.
This is the evening we have a special celebration dinner and will be taking our Conclave group photo.
Day 4: Integrate & Commit
Who do I choose to become going forward?
We close by connecting your daily leadership decisions to the impact and legacy you're creating. We'll also discover a technique for leading with greater intention, clarity, and consistency as you navigate the changing demands of any given day or situation. Each woman leaves having made a personal commitment to how she'll live and lead differently, supported by an accountability partner, and the larger Conclave cohort, to help carry that commitment forward.

We open by naming the real cost of running on empty: the gap between the leader you are capable of being and the one who shows up when your energy, attention, and capacity have been depleted. You'll set clear intentions for the days ahead and begin building relationships with a curated group of accomplished women leaders, the kind of trusted peer network that continues to pay dividends long after the Conclave ends.
Day 2: Personal Peace
Internal foundations of power and confidence.
A full day of intentional leadership work strengthening the conditions which allow exceptional leaders to thrive through the Peace + Productivity® and the Pillars of Confidence® frameworks. We’ll dive deep into cultivating and calm, focused energy state exceptional leaders need under pressure. We’ll also sharpen decision-making, strengthen boundaries, and identify blind spots that can limit influence.
An optional morning hike or yoga are offered for those who want to start their day with nature and gentle movement.
The evening is yours to explore nearby dining and shopping, or to join an optional fireside gathering at the resort.
